Please bring your own face masks and face shields. It's mandatory that we wear them during the tour for everyone's protection.
TRANSPORTATION
We will explore Santa Ana by foot but we'll also ensure that we take it at a leisurely pace. Our Tour Leader will meet you at our designated tagpuan.
BAD VIBES
The tour is meant to give an opportunity to know ourselves and learn from our past no matter how you feel about it today. It's done in good humor while letting you unpack it for yourself.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT
We require a 50% deposit two days before the tour date to confirm your slot. Balance to be settled on the tour date. Payment instructions will be sent by email.
CANCELLATION
If canceled less than two days before the tour date, 25% of the tour price will be refunded.
WAIVER & DOCUMENTATION
Required documents must be completed and sent to us before the tour date or on a specified date. Incomplete documents could be possible grounds for cancellation.
Our team will guide you on the proper steps to ensure compliance.
HEALTH & SAFETY
We would strictly observe the health and safety protocols of the local authorities. We take this seriously.
